Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your new jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
14-Day Return Window (Store Credit Only)

We offer store credit for items returned within 14 days of your purchase date. This includes both our standard collections and custom-made pieces.

To be eligible for store credit, your jewelry must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Important Note on Certificates

Diamond & Gemstone Certificates: If your jewelry purchase came with an official grading certificate (such as GIA, IGI, etc.), the original certificate must be included with your return.

Missing Certificate Fee: If you fail to return the original diamond certificate with your piece, a $300 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of re-certification.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale: Only regular-priced and custom items are eligible for store credit. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong piece, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team at design@modernjewelco.com to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Processing Your Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned jewelry, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If approved, your store credit will be issued via email within 3–5 business days. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label (and any applicable missing certificate fees) will be deducted from your final store credit total.
